  • Updates around 12:30am EST. 

Weekly packages

  • Updates once a week on Sundays.

There would be times that the daily updates will be delayed -- this is totally normal. The daily updates are randomized and can appear in various times during the day, depending on which position you are in the queue. If this happens, you may update your rankings manually by doing an on-demand refresh. For more information about on-demand refresh, please read the article here.

If you find that your exported CSV/PDF report does not include today's ranking, it is always good to consider the difference in timezone.
