We have a mobile responsive version of the site and a desktop mode.
If you can view the site on your mobile browser like the screenshot below it means that you are viewing the desktop version of it which might be inconvenient to access.
With a few simple steps you can solve this. Go to your ‘account’, Click on the ‘settings’ option and scroll below to see the option, ‘Disable Mobile Responsive (always show desktop version) and select the option as ‘Show Responsive’ and save your changes, as shown in the screenshot below.
Once the changes are applied you should be able to have a much better view. Also, to be double sure ensure that the 'Desktop Site' option of your mobile browser is unchecked.
